Journal Directory Report (The Journal) - Annual journal in two volumes.  Volume 1 is distributed to the clergy and delegates prior to each annual council and contains the unfinished business from the minutes from the council meeting two years prior, information on committees, officers, canonical reports required for council; reports from the Executive Board Units, divisions and departments; reports from the Boards of Diocesan Institutions and other groups within the diocese. It also includes proposed changes to the canons.  Volume 2 contains the minutes from the previous council meeting; reports to council, financial information and budgets, statistical tables and a directory of officers, committees, canonical boards, churches in the diocese, clergy canonically resident and licensed clergy; seminarians; and surviving spouses of clergy.
