Bishop

Charles Andrew Doyle (Andy) was elected bishop coadjutor of the Diocese of Texas on May 24, 2008 and was consecrated on November 22, 2008 at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, Houston. He was seated as the ninth Bishop of Texas on June 7, 2009 at Christ Church Cathedral, Houston, following the retirement of the Rt. Rev. Don Wimberly.

The Rt. Rev. Rayford B. High Jr.
Bishop Suffragan

The Rt. Rev. Rayford High, former canon for pastoral ministries and the diocesan liaison to St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital was elected bishop suffragan, June 7, 2003 at Christ Church Cathedral, Houston. He was consecrated by the Rt. Rev. Bruce McPhearson on October 4, 2003 at Camp Allen.

The Rt. Rev. Dena A. Harrison
Bishop Suffragan

Born in Lufkin and reared in Orange, Bishop Harrison attended The University of Texas at Austin where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.  She married Larry Harrison in 1967 and raised a son and a daughter while living in Houston and Austin. They now have four grandchildren: two in San Antonio, and two in Dallas. Full Bio
