Spirituality Conference
The Rev. Ronald Rolheiser will be keynote speaker at a conference sponsored by the World Community for Christian Meditation: Leading a Spiritual Life in a Society in Transition on the weekend of March 2-4, at the Dominican Sisters Spirituality Center, 6501 Almeda, Houston, Texas 77021.
In addition to talks by the Rev. Rolheiser, the conference will include meditation, liturgical celebration, and workshops on Meditation with Children and Meditation and Mental Health. Fr. Rolheiser, is President of the Oblate School of Theology in San Antonio, Texas. He is a community-builder, lecturer, and writer. His books are popular throughout the English-speaking world and his weekly column is carried by more than 80 newspapers worldwide. For most of the 38 years of his priesthood, he taught theology and philosophy at Newman Theological College in Edmonton, Alberta.
