Join the Rev. Marcia Sadberry for the fourth year of “Stations in de Hood,” a Stations of the Cross event on bicycles. The ride starts at St. Luke’s, Houston, and participants travel to ten stations in 3rd Ward. The Stations visit places like Emancipation Park, Project Row Houses, the site Where the School of Nursing for Negroes was housed at Riverside Hospital and connect these important historical and cultural sites with Christ’s journey to the Cross. Usually, Rev. Sadberry is able to provide bicycles and helmets for those who need them.
Stations in de Hood will take place on April 2nd from 9:00 am – Noon
