The 163nd Council of the Diocese of Texas meets February 10-11, 2010 at the Brazos County Expo Complex. Every year Council delegates explore a wide variety of booths and exhibits. Craft-makers, outreach ministries, booksellers, jewelers andmore display, sell and promote their offerings during Council.
