Last Saturday, June 28, at Christ Church Cathedral, the Episcopal Diocese of Texas celebrated the ordination of 15 new deacons. Surrounded by a vibrant community, heartfelt prayer, and joyful witness, these dedicated servants now begin their journey in our diocese.
The celebration featured a powerful sermon delivered by the Rev. Canon Kellaura Johnson, whose message resonated deeply with both attendees and the newly ordained.
