On January 27 and 28, church planters from across the Episcopal Diocese of Texas gathered at Camp Allen to be together with Bishop Kai Ryan, Canon Perry Mullins, and the Rev. Dr. Leslie Stewart.
During the retreat, participants engaged in meaningful learning with Partners for Sacred Places, focusing on Community Asset Mapping as a practical tool to build strong local relationships and support sustainable ministry. The gathering also made space for joy, ending with an ice cream sundae celebration that reflected the strength of community formed, even on a cold winter night.
