St. Vincent’s House Gospel Brunch Celebrates Community and Compassion

St. Vincent’s House brought friends, supporters, and community partners together on Sunday, October 4, at Moody Gardens for its Gospel Brunch Fundraiser, an afternoon of fellowship, music, and generosity.

Guests enjoyed Southern favorites, including shrimp and grits and bread pudding, alongside an uplifting gospel performance by Mount Gilead Baptist Church. The gathering also honored the Rev. Ray and Vivian Pinard for their dedication and service to the Galveston community.

Through the generosity of attendees, donors, sponsors, and volunteers, the event supported St. Vincent’s House’s mission of providing hope and essential services to neighbors and families in need. These include food assistance, healthcare, transportation, social services, and emergency support.

St. Vincent’s House thanks everyone who helped make the gathering possible and invites the community to stay involved through volunteering and giving, helping neighbors receive care with dignity and compassion.
