A New Season of Faith: Hispanic Ministry Takes Root at St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Keller

Under the vision of the Rev. Alan Brentup, something new is taking shape at St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Keller. For the first time, a Hispanic faith community is putting down roots there, growing slowly and with great care.

The Alpha Ministry of St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Keller has led this effort, designing the visual materials and hosting each session, gathering participants around shared meals, honest conversation, and the kinds of questions people carry but rarely get to ask out loud. All are welcome, and in that openness, something real begins to happen. In a spirit of generosity, the ministry extended an invitation to El Jardรญn to experience these gatherings firsthand.

Session by session, the Holy Spirit is at work, turning neighbors into friends, and friends into a community being knit together in faith. This work reflects something at the heart of the Church’s calling: to build communities where language and culture are embraced as gifts, and where every person finds a place at the table.

We are grateful for this season, and we invite you to hold this ministry in prayer as it continues to grow.
