On August 9, 2026, St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Bay City welcomed 119 parishioners for a joyful Sunday of worship and celebration. Rev. Art Callaham led a special Blessing of the Backpacks, surrounding our youth—and a few young-at-heart adults—with prayers as they begin a new school year.
The service also included the Induction of new members into the Daughters of the King, celebrating their commitment to a life of prayer, service, and evangelism. It was a beautiful reminder that, at St. Mark’s, we journey together in faith—supporting one another, serving others, and seeking God’s blessing in all that we do.
