Bob coordinates the Financial Services team and oversees the finances of the Diocese. He supervises the accounting function through his work with the controller and the management of the diocesan foundations through the Director of Foundations. He reports to the Finance Committee of the Executive Board in managing the finances of the Diocese including developing the budgets, managing cash flow, and reporting results. He also consults with diocesan institutions and congregations regarding their financial concerns, banking issues, accounting systems and investment options. He functions as the finance resource to the Bishop’s staff.
