Carol develops and oversees the Ministries of Wellness and Care for the diocese, which include clergy wellness and family support, recovery ministries, congregational wellness, and Safe Church. As Safe Church Minister, Carol develops and interprets Safeguarding Policies and serves as Diocesan Intake Officer, receiving and responding to reports of Safeguarding issues and concerns.
