Francene oversees clergy transition, congregations involved in a search process, placement for seminary-track curates and bi-vocational pastoral leaders, and clergy licensing work. Trains rector search committees for congregations preparing to call new rectors. Coordinates orientation for all clergy new to the Diocese.
