As a member of the Mission Amplification team, the Canon Missioner will report to the Canon for Mission Amplification. The Canon Missioner will work directly with the other Missioners for Congregational Vitality and the Canon for Mission Amplification in developing efforts in the area of congregational vitality, working collaboratively with other members of the Mission Amplification team. Such efforts may include formation and leadership of peer learning cohorts, development of new educational strategies, piloting and measuring other ways of increasing congregational vitality, and working with congregations, communities, clergy and lay leaders on a case-by-case basis as assigned by the Canon for Mission Amplification.
