The Communications Team is excited to welcome Albina Velasco who brings a wealth of experience centered around bilingual communications and marketing work. We look forward to the knowledge she will bring to the diocese in her role. With a robust background of more than 12 years of comprehensive communications experience, she has connected with varied audiences using a many innovative strategies. From executing campaigns for global brands to relationship-building, we are excited about her skillset that also includes storytelling, and bridge-building across communities.

Albina and her husband have made Fulshear their home (in Fort Bend). In their down time, they enjoy lots of fun with their spirited dog.
