Michelle Valdez serves as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. With over a decade of administrative experience, she provides high-level support to diocesan leadership, assists in the coordination of operations, and manages operational projects. Prior to this role, Michelle served as Registrar and Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer of the diocese where she supported diocesan financial operations for 175 churches, multiple boards, and committees. Michelle joined the Diocese of Texas after her tenure in the energy sector where she supported executive leadership and managed complex logistics, compliance, and operations.
