Earnest Rocha brings over 20 years of corporate aviation operational experience and more than 18 years of military leadership as a U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer, experiences that have shaped his approach to human resources and leadership. His servant leadership style, focused on supporting people, building trust, and developing teams, has guided his five years of progressive HR experience in employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. Earnest is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is PHR certified. Outside of work, Earnest is happily married and a proud father of three children serving in the U.S. Army. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and looks forward to supporting the mission and people of the Episcopal Diocese of Texas and the Episcopal Health Foundation.
