Aycan Ebe joins the Congregational & Mission Vitality team as the Assistant to the Canon. She brings over a decade of experience supporting executive leadership and cross functional teams. Her background spans HR administration, legal administrative work, project coordination, and large-scale meeting and event planning. She is passionate about creating efficient workflows, supporting both employees and leadership, and contributing to a positive and organized workplace. Aycan holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Cal State Fullerton. She looks forward to contributing her skills, learning from the team, and supporting the diocese’s goals.
