On June 22, 2025, St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Hillsboro joyfully held its first service at its new home: 1323 Park Drive, Hillsboro, TX. Bishop Andy Doyle joined the celebration, calling it “a brilliant day!” and sending his love and blessings to the congregation.
St. Mary’s is grateful for the continued prayers and support as it grows into this exciting new space of worship and community.
Celebrating 175 years of mission in Christ, we are a diverse community of believers following the Episcopal tradition across our 81-county diocese spanning nearly 70,000 square miles in the central, eastern, and northern regions of Texas. Founded in 1838, we are more than 450 active clergy-strong with 174 congregations, approximately 70 missional communities, 27 campus missions, chaplaincies, foundations, institutions, and over 77,000 parishioners.
