St. Mark's Presents Thousands in Outreach Grants to Southeast Texas Non-Profits

Southeast Texas non-profit organizations received $44,500 in community outreach grants from St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Downtown Beaumont. The grants were presented to representatives from each organization at a special ceremony today at the downtown church. The grants are given annually from the proceeds generated by St. Mark's Chili Supper and Bazaar and their resale store, the Treasure House. In the last ten years, St. Mark's has been able to give a total of $443,700 in grants.
